Overview of the role
Whether you are new to social care or have previous experience, we welcome your application. You will receive in-house training when you start working with Choice Care. Working alongside our permanent staff team, you will make a significant difference in people’s lives. You’ll also have opportunities for days out, trips, and various activities, ensuring the people we support are safe, happy, and lead fulfilling lives.
Key duties
* Assisting individuals with their personal care needs
* Administering medication
* Supporting and participating in daily activities, hobbies, or outings
* Following care plans and company policies and procedures
* Building honest, respectful, and supportive relationships with those we care for
* Maintaining accurate written and electronic records
* Attending and completing training as required
Personal Attributes
Patience, reliability, flexibility, teamwork, and good communication skills are essential qualities for a successful Bank Social Care Worker.

Where will you work?
We offer flexible, tailored supported living services for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, and complex needs. Our support ranges from a few hours a day to full-time, 24/7 care, working closely with local authorities and care professionals to promote independence and provide personalized support.
