Main Responsibilities
* Supporting the Learning & Performance team, helping things run smoothly
* Handling employee queries and providing useful information
* Keeping records and systems up to date with full training included
* Working with different teams across the business and getting involved in key projects
* Building strong relationships and learning how large organisations operate
The Ideal Candidate
* A positive attitude and eagerness to learn-no experience needed
* Strong communication skills and confidence in working with others
* Good organisation and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach
* Basic Microsoft Office skills-or the willingness to learn
Package Description
* £25,461.07 per annum
* A Level 3 qualification in Data Analyst
* Practical work experience with a global organisation
