We’re searching for an incredible Resident Services Assistant!
The Resident Services Assistant in our luxury apartment complex in Birmingham plays a key role in our community, from the first point of contact through to complete departure, administering all tenancies. Ensuring all resident files are compliant, delivering excellent customer service to residents and prospects, assisting with events, and addressing queries throughout the tenancy with urbanbubble.

What will you do?
* Manage prospect/leads daily via phone or email using our internal system.
* Inspect apartments, create reports, and report maintenance issues.
* Handle all administration for tenancies and renewals.
* Arrange check-out appointments with inventory clerks.
* Conduct move-in inductions for new residents.
* Chase arrears in the first half of the month.
* Negotiate payment plans approved by landlords.
* Update arrears reports accordingly.
* Serve Section 8 and Section 21 notices when applicable.
* Support front-of-house duties and cover lunch breaks to assist tenants’ inquiries.
* Assist in organizing and planning residents’ events.
What are we looking for?
* Previous lettings or property experience.
* Strong customer service skills, especially in handling difficult situations in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with databases or booking systems (training provided).
