We are seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated Production / Approvals Coordinator to manage the approval process of both physical fabric samples and conceptual designs across apparel ranges for EMEA retailers. This role ensures that all garments meet brand, design, and quality standards before proceeding to production
Key Responsibilities
Prepare concept approvals, loading accurately onto licensor portals and internal workflow. Ensure tracking jobs end to end to get approvals over the line.
Pre-Production Samples: Receiving and reviewing pre-production samples in a timely manner. Provide sample feedback to factory and retail buyers and clearly communicate areas of improvement or approval to production.
Send samples for licensor review and follow up by email accordingly to ensure feedback is secured
Update all approval systems with concept and sample feedback to ensure projects are being tracked accurately with internal systems and external retailer formats
Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time, track projects status and able to priorities key projects
Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure all updated and approvals run smoothly and in a timely manner.
Complete any retail systems required with appropriate information on approval feedback
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Brandcomply, MediaBox, Ziflow, Box, and or similar project management tools.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Relevant experience in clothing essential.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Comfortable handling multiple projects and shifting priorities.
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Monday to Friday with the opportunity to work 2 days from home, unless its a very busy time. Office Central London. 30K.
