Responsibilities
* Analyze large, complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models
* Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
* Build and optimize data pipelines and workflows for analytics and modeling
* Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics to support decision-making
* Validate, test, and monitor model performance over time
* Create clear documentation and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
* Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards
Requirements
* 3–15 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
* Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
* Proficiency in SQL and working with relational and non-relational databases
* Hands-on experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
* Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and data modeling techniques
* Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies is a plus
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
