The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Mathematics across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. This role is ideal for an ECT looking to develop strong classroom management skills and experience teaching a wide range of abilities and backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver differentiated Mathematics lessons that engage all students, regardless of their starting point.
* Work effectively with teaching assistants and learning support staff to maximise student progress.
* Build strong, positive relationships with students and parents as part of a supportive pastoral team.
* Commit to the ECT programme, focusing on developing effective behaviour management and teaching methodologies.
* Contribute to the department's analysis of assessment data to inform future planning.
