The Role
* Curation of high quality, tailor-made itineraries in a luxury space
* Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone and video calls
* High quality presentation of customised travel itineraries with a keen eye for detail
* Delivery of gold standard client service at all stages of the client journey
* Proactive expansion of product knowledge keeping aware of industry developments to ensure expertise across our specialist product portfolio
* Foster good working relationships with colleagues and trade partners; and exhibit a strong team ethic.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
* 3 years' plus Travel Consultant experience in a tailor-made travel environment working with complex itineraries
* First-hand knowledge of our core destinations, specifically within Sub-Saharan Africa
* Hitting monthly sales targets whilst nurturing client relationships
* Excellent Administrative skills with advanced levels of IT literacy
* Highly-organised with strong time management skills
Desired:
* GDS/flight operating systems
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
