Workforce Personnel are recruiting experienced Care Workers to support residential care homes and nursing homes across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire.

Duties Include:

Supporting elderly clients, learning disabilities & mental health needs

Personal care & manual handling

Providing social, emotional and physical support

Promoting dignity and independence
Requirements:

Minimum 6 months’ UK care experience

Caring, reliable and professional attitude
*
Good communication & written skills
*
Flexible with shift patterns (days, nights, early, late)
*
Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain)
*
Willing to complete mandatory training
