We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to help us launch our new centre in Slough, and support the rapid growth and day-to-day running of this new centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families. Launching our new Slough centre will provide a platform for our new team to really roll up their sleeves and start from scratch with success plans – you’ll set the standard for what families in the local community can expect from the service, and invest a lot of time in community outreach, face to face sales and brand building; ensuring people know who we are, what we can do and why we’re the best option for them. You’ll impact all aspects of centre performance, including: Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care A Day in the Life You’ll balance hands-on educational leadership with operational excellence. Starting salary : £27,000 PA salary depending on experience. *Those working at centres in the London area will receive an additional uplift to their annual pay between £1000 and £3500 due to London weighting.
