We're looking for an enthusiastic Administration Assistant to join our growing team at The Car Key People, a nationwide auto locksmith service.
You'll be the backbone of our office, providing key support to keep things running efficiently. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage new bookings efficiently.
Handle scheduling for technicians and resolve potential scheduling conflicts.
Communicate effectively with technicians, clients, and the general public.
Maintain office policies and procedures.
Collaborate closely with the Bookings Coordinator and Operations Director.
Manage office enquiries, incoming/outgoing post, and document handling (printing, photocopying, scanning, filing).
Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets.
