The Lead Supply Chain Analyst supports the Sr Global Supply Managers in end-to-end supply chain management for products, aiming to achieve optimal customer service levels. Responsibilities include data analysis, project management, and providing strategic recommendations to improve processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a small product portfolio through the entire value stream.
2. Oversee new product introductions (NPI), discontinuations, and supply chain changes.
3. Support demand management and forecast analysis to align planning systems with strategic goals.
4. Manage forecast discrepancies, planning factors, and conduct detailed analyses.
5. Assist in lifecycle management programs and participate in product rationalization efforts.
6. Lead cross-functional projects to enhance supply chain efficiency.
7. Perform data analysis related to forecasts, inventory, and service levels, recommending corrective actions.
8. Coordinate production activities and manage supply chain changes.
9. Support regional planning teams, sharing expertise to improve capabilities.
10. Adhere to corporate policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
11. Participate in strategic planning processes, including long-range sales and annual budgets.
12. Represent the Sr Global Supply Manager in cross-departmental interactions.
13. Travel as required, approximately 15% internationally.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Strong organizational skills, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in teams.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Adaptability and openness to new ideas and processes.
* Project management experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning systems like Logility or O9.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally.
* Physical ability to perform light to medium work, including standing for extended periods.
Experience and Education:
* At least 5 years in a supply chain environment, with 3+ years in planning roles.
* Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
* Global organization experience and stakeholder collaboration skills required.
* Professional certifications such as APICS/ASCM, CIPS, or Project Management are advantageous.
* Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Compensation:
The starting salary ranges from $73,978 to $98,637, with potential adjustments based on location and experience. Benefits and additional compensation may apply.
