Job summary
We are looking to employ a full time - 12 months fixed term hardworking, conscientious individual who will work as an Administrator within the speciality of Mental Health Services for Older People providing support to the senior management team.
The service operates across Durham Tees Valley, providing mental health assessment, advice, diagnosis, treatment and care planning to patients with complex needs (including but not limited to patients who may require assessment for dementia).
You will be responsible for providing a high quality, flexible, administrative support.
You must have the Right to Work in the UK in order to be successfully appointed to this role. Please note, this role does not meet the required eligibility criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa and therefore the Trust is unable to offer sponsorship for this particular role.
Main duties of the job
The role includes supporting the senior management team to provide administrative support to the speciality including diary management, understanding and application of Microsoft applications and knowledge of IT applications.

Qualifications
Essential
1. Level 3 Qualification in relevant field or equivalent experience or willingness to work towards Level 3 qualification in Leadership and Management.
2. Key skills/functional skills in literacy and numeracy Level 2 OR O Level (Grade C and above/New GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4 to 9) are an essential requirement to be fully competent in the role. Where an applicant does not have the above qualifications or are unable to provide evidence of the certification, the applicant MUST achieve the required standards during their probationary period

3. Level 3 Qualification in Leadership and Management.
4. RSA Level 2 or equivalent Secretarial/administrative experience in a clinical environment
