Housekeeper – 17.5 Hours per Week
Location: Harden Hall, Walsall
We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our friendly team at Harden Hall in Walsall. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring our home is always clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and visitors alike.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining high standards of cleanliness across individual rooms and communal areas, using cleaning products and equipment safely, and always adhering to health and safety and infection control guidelines.
What You’ll Bring:
1. Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role (desirable)
2. Knowledge of safe cleaning procedures and correct use of cleaning equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners)
3. Understanding of COSHH, health and safety, data protection, and confidentiality
4. Awareness of safeguarding principles
5. A Customer Service NVQ Level 2 qualification would be an advantage

8. Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
9. Flexibility to prioritise tasks and respond to residents’ needs
