We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive dental care to patients, ensuring high standards of treatment and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough dental examinations and assessments using clinical expertise and medical imaging tools
* Diagnose dental conditions accurately, applying knowledge of anatomy and oral health principles
* Develop customised treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
* Perform a wide range of dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and cosmetic treatments
* Utilise CAD (Computer-Aided Design) technology for designing restorations and prosthetics
* Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care to promote long-term oral health
* Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards
* Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and other team members to ensure efficient practice operations
* Stay updated with the latest advancements in dental technology and techniques through continuous professional development
Requirements
* Fully qualified Dentist with valid registration with the General Dental Council (GDC) or equivalent regulatory body
* Proven experience in general dentistry, with a strong understanding of anatomy and oral health principles
* Proficiency in using CAD software for restorative procedures is desirable
* Knowledge of medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry is essential
* Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail to ensure precise treatment delivery
* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
