This is an exciting opportunity for an established practitioner with proven EYFS experience, specifically with children aged 2–4 years, to help shape our Nursery curriculum, environment and ethos from the very beginning. The successful candidate will be: An outstanding practitioner who has a proven track record of having a positive impact on pupil outcomes. Demonstrates high expectations of the children’s achievement and behaviour and a commitment to provide consistently effective teaching. Is able to plan, teach and assess different groups and abilities and monitor and evaluate their progress. Understands the importance of children’s physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and be proactive in supporting children. Is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Is brimming with ideas and enthusiasm and has excellent subject knowledge of the EYFS curriculum. Is committed to their own personal and professional development.
