This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Full Stack Java Engineering Lead to own the design, development, testing, and documentation of large-scale, mission-critical software applications for a FTSE 100 Leading Blue Chip organisation in Manchester.
We are looking for an engaging and experienced leader who can work across the entire lifecycle, provide operational support, lead a team of talented Java Developers and drive enhancements.
To be successful as a Full Stack Java Engineering Lead, you will need the following:
* Proficient in CI/CD best practices.
* Extensive experience with the Spring framework.
* Software performance modelling and analysis expertise
* Strong experience with RESTful web services.
* Proven ability to lead and deliver on complex technical projects.

* Background in developing internet-facing applications or services.
* Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
