Assistant Facilities Manager
to support the delivery of safe, efficient, and customer-focused facilities management services across our portfolio of commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Facilities Management team with the day-to-day running of facilities services.
* Oversee contractors, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
* Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Assist with budgets, reporting, and record keeping.
* Build strong working relationships with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of facilities services.
About You:
* Previous experience in facilities management or a related role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of health and safety compliance.
* Experience using CAFM software
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
