I’m working with a trusted London law firm client to recruit a Residential Property Paralegal into a high-quality residential property team.
This is a fee-earning role within a well-regarded practice acting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals on high-value residential property matters.
The opportunity:
* Hands-on residential conveyancing role
* Exposure to second-hand and new-build transactions
* Small, partner-led team with real responsibility
* Supportive environment with a strong culture and low turnover
The ideal candidate:
* Experience in residential property/conveyancing
* Calm, organised and able to manage matters proactively
* Comfortable taking ownership of work in a premium client environment
* SQE/LPC qualification
* Comfortable going into the office 4 days a week during probation ( Hybrid normally is 2 days )
* 1+ years experience ( will look at 3 years + )
