As a Learning Support Assistant you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students in KS1/KS2. Successful applicants will support Class Teachers, ensuring pupils are interacting in the lessons, supporting the children's needs, and encouraging their learning. Previous experience in a similar role is desired but not essential.
The Role:
* Location: Stockport
* Salary: £20000- £22000 per annum
* Start Date: September
* Contract Type: Full Time
To be successful you must be able to:
* Communicate clearly with Teachers and young individuals
* Create an encouraging learning environment for pupils
* Be understanding and caring
* Carry out tasks involving a computer or hand-device
* Remain calm during stressful situations
* Work on different activities conducted inside and outside school premises
