The Role:

As a Transport Administrator for our Events division, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the admin/planning requirements for major events. You will be liaising regularly with hauliers to ensure upcoming deliveries/collections are scheduled and progressing as required.

You will also work closely with Account Managers to ensure pre-delivery questionnaires from customers are gained prior to contract delivery which is vital in ensuring we meet customer expectations.

Within the role you will communicate with both customers and internal Account Managers to ensure that all expectations are met, identifying key objectives for the customer and communicating these to the depot network. Pricing contracts, logging transport movements and supplier performance management will also be vital responsibilities of this role.

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

Experience of logistics and supply chain is desirable but not essential.
Strong administrative and organisational experience within a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise workload
