Job Title: Customer Operations Coordinator
Location: On-site (UK)
Team: Customer Operations (supporting both Customer Service & Transport)
Hours: full-time — 07:00 - 16:00 or 08:00 - 17:00
We're looking for a sharp, resilient and solutions-focused Customer Operations Coordinator to join our busy Customer Ops team. This is a full time role working as part of a small, high-impact team keeping customers informed, orders flowing, and delivery issues under control.
You'll be hands-on with systems, spreadsheets, phones, and drivers — everything from processing orders and returns to building driver packs and solving real-world logistics problems as they unfold.
What You'll Do
* Handle incoming customer queries (phone, email, etc.) and resolve issues promptly
* Process customer orders accurately into our systems
* Create and manage returns, liaising with customers and warehouse teams
* Provide delivery updates and ETA info to customers
* Help build driver delivery packs with all necessary paperwork and info
* Work closely with the transport and warehouse teams to resolve real-time delivery issues
* Log, track and follow up on problems until they're fully resolved
What You'll Need
* Solid admin/operations background, ideally in a customer-facing
* Strong attention to detail — errors cause problems
* Confident communicator, written and verbal — you'll be customer-facing and team-facing
* Calm under pressure and able to juggle multiple tasks
* Proactive mindset — you solve the problem, not just pass it on
* Comfortable using systems (ERP, transport platforms, Excel — or ready to learn fast)

Pay: £12.70-£13.70 per hour
