We are looking for Quantity Surveyors of all levels (ideally 2 years post grad) and currently living in the UK to join our clients’ expanding Infrastructure team in the Midlands, with opportunities for regional travel.
This role provides exposure to major UK infrastructure programmes across sectors such as transport, airports, rail, defence, highways. You will work on complex, high-profile projects, enhancing your technical expertise and advancing toward chartered status within a supportive and professional consultancy environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide commercial and contractual support across projects, including procurement activity and negotiations within an NEC framework
* Take ownership of post-contract commercial functions such as cost evaluation, payment certification, and management of contract variations
* Produce clear, robust, and data-driven cost reporting to support client visibility and control
* Identify opportunities to improve value for money and drive commercial efficiencies
* Prepare detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates to inform project decision-making
* Assist with procurement processes, including developing strategies, preparing tender documentation, managing evaluations, and supporting contract awards
* Administer contract change control, early warnings, instructions, and compensation events in line with contractual requirements
* Attend and actively contribute to project, commercial, and progress meetings
* Embed commercial awareness across project teams and stakeholders
* Provide support to dispute resolution processes and contribute to effective contract close-out where required
* Ensure all activities are delivered in compliance with environmental, health, safety, security, and quality standards
About You, ideally-
* You are degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
* You are working toward, or have already achieved, professional chartership (e.g., RICS)
* You have experience in cost management or quantity surveying on large-scale infrastructure projects
* You have a solid understanding of NEC contracts and commercial best practice
* You are proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and commercially aware, with the ability to add value across project teams
