What You Can Expect
As a CSS you will manage sales regions by working closely with Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, and Sales Managers to provide hospital support and technical guidance.
How You’ll Create Impact
* Provide technical advice in the operating room on Zimmer Biomet Recon Products
* Deliver comprehensive training to surgeons and scrub staff for safe product use
* Generate new sales leads with Platinum & Silver customers
* Coordinate logistics for procedure planning and consign stock
* Support product demonstrations and educational initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation and follow QA policies
* Adhere to divisional sales strategies under the Regional Sales Manager
* Continuously update knowledge of Zimmer Biomet and competitive products
* Keep Salesforce records current for all accounts
* Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, and staff training as directed
* Report monthly on performance, activities, and competitive landscape
* Adapt to surgeons’ and hospitals’ working practices while upholding Zimmer Biomet protocols
* Demonstrate mastery of the divisional product portfolio, effective training, and strong communication skills
* Solve product– and patient–related problems efficiently
