We are hiring a OneTrust Implementation Consultant to support the delivery of advanced privacy and governance technology projects. This position is designed for professionals with direct, hands-on configuration experience across multiple OneTrust modules, operating in structured, client-facing delivery environments.
Core Responsibilities
* Configure and deploy OneTrust solutions across Privacy Management, Cookie Compliance, UCPM, GRC, and AI governance modules
* Manage implementation lifecycles from discovery and requirements definition through build, testing, and production rollout
* Convert legal, compliance, and risk requirements into structured platform configurations
* Design and configure workflows, assessments, reporting structures, and dashboards aligned to client governance models
* Support system integrations, data uploads, and tenant optimisation activities
* Produce clear documentation and deliver structured knowledge transfer to client stakeholders
* Diagnose and resolve configuration or deployment issues during implementation and post-go-live phases
Required Experience and Skills
* Demonstrated experience implementing OneTrust solutions within consulting or enterprise settings
* Practical understanding of privacy programme tooling, cookie governance frameworks, and UCPM functionality
* Experience delivering GRC implementations, including risk registers, controls, and assessment frameworks
* Familiarity with AI governance modules or AI risk management frameworks
* Ability to manage parallel workstreams with limited supervision
* Strong client communication skills and stakeholder engagement capability
* Fluent English; additional language proficiency beneficial
