We’re searching for an Automation Specialist who’s more than just a technical expert—you’re someone who genuinely loves automation, brings fresh ideas, and inspires others to push the boundaries of what’s possible. In this role, you’ll take the lead not only with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) but also our Power Platform, using your curiosity and creativity to solve complex problems and improve the way we work. Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of robust automation solutions utilising UiPath and Power Platform, in alignment with business requirements.
* Continuously monitor emerging technologies and incorporate them to expand and enhance automation opportunities.
* Deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Value (PoV) initiatives by integrating advanced technologies such as AI Agents and Machine Learning into automation workflows.
* Provide technical maintenance and support for the RPA landscape and associated systems.
* Oversee incident management and change management processes.
* Offer technical guidance and support to RPA developers and team members, fostering adherence to best practices and quality standards.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and partner with change agents to ensure both functional and technical alignment in new automation designs.
* Develop structured, maintainable state machines, workflows and components that are adhere to standards and best practice.
* Uphold quality standards by conducting regular peer reviews to ensure high‑quality coding practices.
* Provide support during testing phases by working closely with testing teams throughout testing phases to address and resolve issues efficiently.
Essential Experience & Skills
* Expert in UiPath Cloud and Microsoft Power Platform with proven end‑to‑end delivery of production automations.
* Experience leading Proof of Concepts (PoC) and Proof of Values (PoV) to introduce new technologies and features into the RPA space.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with hands‑on experience assessing complex processes, identifying automation opportunities, and delivering optimised solutions.
* Experience working with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the RPA development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards.
