Nigel James Associates are proud to be working with a leading, national integrated wealth manager to recruit a Team Leader into their Berkshire office. The role is a true player/manager position, directly managing a small team of experienced Financial Planners while taking over and managing a small portfolio of HNW clients mainly within the Thames Valley region. Your role will be to effectively manage existing clients and continue building your book by working with Investment Managers and external introducers. You will also be responsible for managing your team's daily activities to meet targets, leading by example. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders including the T&C Manager and the Head of Office. This is a senior position with a senior title, with full admin and paraplanning responsibilities assigned to you and your team.
Requirements
Candidates should have experience working with HNW clients and developing new business through internal and external networks. Experience managing a Financial Planning team is preferred. Mentoring, coaching, and developing junior Financial Planners is also valued. Candidates must be DipFS Level 4 qualified at minimum, with Chartered status or working towards it, including some AF exams.
