Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers and thrive in education? Aspire People is seeking an experienced and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work in the B17 area.
📍 Location:
B17, Birmingham
Monday to Friday - Full Time
💼 The Role:
As a Behaviour Mentor, you will:
* Support students displaying perceived challenging behaviour
* Work closely with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
* Build positive relationships to promote engagement and progress
* Implement behaviour strategies and individual support plans
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff and pastoral teams
✅ Requirements:
* Proven experience managing perceived challenging behaviour
* Strong background supporting pupils with SEN
* Calm, resilient, and patient approach
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Relevant qualifications or training (desirable but not essential)
