Why Veda Wealth?
Veda Wealth isn’t a run-of-the-mill IFA — we’re a small, growing financial-planning firm that puts transparency, evidence-based advice and deep client care ahead of everything else. We’re looking for someone who loves delighting clients—whether that’s by running proven processes flawlessly or spotting ways to make them even smoother.
What you’ll do
35 % - Keep the engine running – own the day-to-day admin: meeting scheduling, pipeline tracking, preparing client files and suitability reports, maintaining the CRM (Xplan or similar).
25 % - Delight our clients – act as first line of contact: respond to queries, chase providers, send progress updates that leave clients feeling looked-after and in control.
10 % - Build better processes – spot inefficiencies, document SOPs, and automate where possible (Excel/Sheets, Zapier, Power Automate, etc.).
20 % - Financial-planning prep – gather data, populate cash-flow models, draft advice pack sections, cross-check compliance points (FCA/COBS).
10 % - Strategic projects – marketing list hygiene, MI dashboards, research on new tech or regulatory changes, anything that pushes Veda forward.
Success after 6-12 months = our back office hums, clients rave about their experience, and we have clear playbooks you helped write.
About you
We’re open to two distinct profiles. Pick the one that fits you and tell us which that is in your application:
Track A – Experienced
2 + yrs in an IFA / DFM / platform admin role
Ready to take the reins with minimal hand-holding and mentor others as we grow
Confident with adviser software, platform workflows, and GDPR/FCA record-keeping
Track B – Inexperienced but ready to learn
No industry experience needed, but you’re analytically sharp and eager to learn
Thrive on feedback, love turning abstract guidance into slick processes
Enthusiastic, fast learner, hungry to study for industry exams and move into a manager or adviser role over time
Decide which track you truly want before you hit send. If you’re experienced, we’ll lean on you to reliable and look after our clients and our business; if you’re brand new to the industry, we’ll invest heavily in you and expect to see you learn and grow. Either way, bring energy, rigour and a client-first mindset and we’ll do great things together.
