We are currently seeking a dedicated person to join our dynamic team. The business is a family run company and proud National supplier of Landscape and Garden Products to the Gardening sector. Our foundations are built on over 20 years of front-line knowledge and experience, with commitment to maintaining high service levels. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all booking in of deliveries from our distribution centre in Kirk Sandall to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. This role involves dealing effectively with customers, inputting deliveries onto our carriers portals, using Sage to create delivery paperwork, liaising with the warehouse manager and picking teams and general office administration. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a problem-solving outlook, excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. This role will suit someone who has previously worked in Customer Service, ideally with some background in logistics.
