The role is hybrid, involving a combination of home working and a minimum of 2 days per week in an office at one of our newly established local transformation hubs in Northallerton, Harrogate, Scarborough, and Selby. The role In this role, you'll lead the delivery of large-scale, complex projects and programmes that make a real difference. You'll work closely with senior colleagues and partners both inside and outside the organisation to ensure successful delivery. You will play a key role in shaping project governance, establishing clear decision-making routes, and planning meticulously to keep projects on track. As part of our Projects and Programmes leadership team, you'll also support and coach others involved in change delivery, helping them grow and succeed. What you will bring To be successful, you will need: Knowledge and experience of project and programme management techniques and tools, along with strong leadership qualities. A relevant degree and/or equivalent experience, and preferably professional training in recognised project and change management methodologies.
