The Successful Applicant
9. A proven track record in a senior commercial leadership role within the facilities management or wider business services sector.
10. Strong experience operating within complex, multi-site and high-value contractual environments, with experience of public sector client
11. Demonstrable ability to drive commercial performance, manage risk, and optimise contract value.
12. Excellent negotiation, influencing, and senior stakeholder management skills, including navigating high-profile client relationships.
13. The ability to provide strategic direction while delivering hands-on, operational impact in a fast-paced environment.
14. A track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
15. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, margins, and financial performance.
16. Immediate availability or short notice, with the ability to quickly assess, mobilise, and deliver impact in an interim assignment.
