Location: Woking (Office-based/ Hybrid Working after probation)
Salary: £27, - £30, (DOE) + 31 days annual leave (including public holidays, Enhanced Sick Pay, Life Assurance, Profit Share Scheme, Progression opportunities & SO MUCH MORE!

Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly first point of contact for residential clients, helping guide them through their journey with us. You'll work closely with a small, dedicated team and the Sales & Marketing Manager to turn enquiries into successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls and email enquiries with professionalism and care
2. Guide clients through our free identification service
3. Provide tailored advice to convert enquiries into survey bookings
4. Follow up on proposals to secure confirmed instructions
5. Set up new projects in MS Dynamics CRM, assign consultants, raise invoices, and process payments
6. Draft standard residential management plans
7. Support the Sales & Marketing Manager with research and admin tasks
Skills/ Experience:
8. Minimum 2 years' experience working in a customer services/ Sales Support
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Strong organisational and planning abilities
11. Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics and general office software
12. A positive, results-driven mindset
