The Person:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role (hotel experience preferred)
Ability to work independently and in a team
Confident communicator
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Confident using booking systems and Microsoft Office platforms

To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
Welcome and check-in late arrivals with warmth and efficiency
Handle guest enquiries and issues promptly and professionally
Complete nightly audit procedures and prepare reports for management
