Overview
Job title: food service supervisor. Employer: Tim Hortons. Location: Midland, ON, 9225 Highway 93, Midland, ON L4R 4K4. Work setting: On site. Salary: $18.00 per hour. Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week. Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time. Start date: As soon as possible. Vacancies: 5.
Responsibilities
* Establish methods to meet work schedules
* Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
* Hire food service staff
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Prepare budget and cost estimates
* Address customers\' complaints or concerns
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
* Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
* Establish work schedules
Qualifications
* Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
* Languages: English
* On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
* Work setting: Food service establishment, Coffee shop
