About you The successful candidate will have prior experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, ideally within the media technology or creative sectors. Strong communication and organisational skills, an excellent grasp of CRM systems and GDPR compliance, and expertise in modern sourcing techniques are essential. About the role The role will focus on delivering a seamless, high-quality candidate journey while supporting recruitment consultants with proactive talent sourcing and engagement. Key responsibilities include managing candidate communications, posting and managing job advertisements across multiple channels, screening and shortlisting candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM. The role will also involve developing and delivering sourcing strategies using advanced search techniques, identifying both active and passive talent, and building strong candidate pipelines.
