I am currently recruiting for an IT Manager for an organisation in Yorkshire. This is a varied role that requires someone with a broad IT background who can take full ownership of the organisation's IT estate, with both technical knowledge and the ability to be business facing.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate IT operations, including the support and maintenance of the IT estate
* Working to provide support and technical guidance on IT strategy
* Monitoring of business systems
* Application support
* Build long term relationships with outside outsource teams and suppliers for IT related products and services.
* Implement, manage and report on performance against SLAs and operational KPIs
* Evolve the IT operations team, processes, and strategy to continuously improve and meet the needs of the growing business
* Project leadership to improve the tech estate
To be suitable for the role you should have the following experience:
* Proven experience in an IT Management or Business Systems Manager role
* Experience of advising organisations on IT strategy
* Windows infrastructure
* Security
* Dynamics Navision or Business Central (both ideally)
* InTune
* Office365
* Documentation and process improvement
Bonus Skills
* ISO27001 implementation
* PowerShell/PowerBI basics
