Children’s Registered Manager
Location: Coventry
Salary: Up to £60,000 PA with a bonus structure in place and an opportunity to become Dual Registered
We are currently working with an established organisation, who opened their first Children’s Residential home in 2022 and are looking to expand. The residential children's home is a 4 bed EBD home for young people aged 11 to 18 is based in Coventry and has a ‘Good’ rating with Ofsted.
They have a strong RI in place and looking to a recruit a brilliant Registered Manager to work in their current home, with an option to become dual registered for a secondary home which will be 1 mile away from the first.
Children & Young People Registered Manager – EBD Overview:
Oversee the daily operations of an EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) Residential Home;
Support, guide and lead on quality improvement and compliance to ensure the home is up to standards and engaging with Children and Young People at an expert level;
Achieve and document positive outcomes for children, ensuring their needs are met;
Ensure compliance with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015;
Maintain adherence to Ofsted registration requirements and inspection standards;
To work as part of a new team, overseeing improvements made to the home and having input to manage this process smoothly.Children & Young People Registered Manager – EBD Skills and Experience Required:
An experienced Registered Manager with 2 years experience;
Relevant Qualifications – Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or working towards;
Must have experience working in a children’s residential setting;
Excellent communication skills, being able to work as part of a team, lead and share experiences.
