As the Purchasing Manager, youâll own endâtoâend purchasing and inbound supply operations, from demand forecasting and supplier management through to freight, inventory health, and stock availability. Youâll play a pivotal role in ensuring products are ordered accurately, delivered on time, and sourced costâeffectively as the business scales at pace.
Key Responsibilities:
â Owning demand forecasting across all channels, factoring in sales trends, seasonality, promotions, and NPD
â Translating forecasts into clear purchasing and ordering plans
â Managing the full purchase order lifecycle, creation, placement, tracking, amendments, and closure
â Acting as the primary operational contact for suppliers across Thailand, Vietnam, and future regions
â Monitoring supplier performance (OTD, quality, reliability) and driving continuous improvement
â Coordinating inbound freight (ocean, air, and road) and managing freight forwarder relationships
â Owning customs documentation and ensuring full import compliance
â Liaising daily with the 3PL to ensure accurate goodsâin, inventory integrity, and smooth operations
â Managing stock availability, identifying supply risks early and preventing stockâouts or excess inventory
â Tracking landed costs and supporting cost optimisation initiatives
â Producing weekly operational reporting across POs, shipments, supplier KPIs, and inventory health
â Driving process improvements across purchasing systems, workflows, documentation, and reporting
What Youâll Bring:
â Experience in purchasing, supply chain, or procurement (FMCG/food)
â Strong experience in demand planning and purchasing execution
â Proven experience working with international suppliers and managing imports/customs
â Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills with strong attention to detail
â Experience coordinating international freight (ocean & air)
â Highly organised, proactive, and processâdriven
â Clear, confident communicator who escalates risks early and solves problems pragmatically
