Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Sales Specialist to support the North London area.
Role Purpose: Build territory plans and achieve sales targets within London North, maintaining and developing relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers, and building a strong internal network across J&J MedTech.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve sales targets outlined in the performance cycle.
* Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to increase market share.
* Differentiate from competitors and execute marketing strategies.
* Maintain relationships with strategic partners and understand customer needs to develop tailored solutions.
* Manage local pricing and tenders effectively.
* Stay informed about the Electrophysiology marketplace, including competitors' strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
* Degree in Scientific, Business, Life Science, or Medical fields.
* Medical sales experience, preferably in a hospital environment, with a proven sales record.
* EP experience is a bonus.
* Proficient in English, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to lead team strategy calls and manage product and procedure knowledge.
* Self-disciplined, organized, and responsible for business objectives.
* Highly motivated with forecasting skills.
* Experience in Cardiovascular or Electrophysiology environments is advantageous.
* Proven ability to develop key customer relationships.
* Team player with problem-solving skills.
* Skilled in MS Office Suite and hold a full, clean driving license.
