You will need to have experiencing working with complex, fast moving food products. You will also recognise the needs of working with a range of differing customers on both own label & branded products.
This will also offer an excellent opportunity to work with a broad UK & global technical team to allow onwards development and skill progression.
Core areas the role will focus on include;
1. Act upon legislation and guidelines to ensure that manufacturing is conducted legally.
2. Manage allergens through the site allergen risk assessment and supporting documentation.
3. Ensure that the quality management system is best in class
4. Ensure compliance to the BRC Global Standard for Food
5. Lead the Food Safety HACCP team.
6. Ensure that the HACCP document is up to date and that the CCPs are implemented within the factory.
