Care Professional (Full Time)
Home Instead is looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our team on a full‑time basis, supporting older adults to remain happy and independent in their homes. This is a 30‑hour guaranteed contract with a rolling 2‑week rota: Week 1 early shifts, Week 2 evening shifts. Every other weekend is required.
Key Responsibilities
* Help clients with daily routines (preparing meals, getting ready, medication, night‑time routines)
* Provide companionship and emotional support
* Assist with personal care needs
* Build trusting relationships with clients’ families and other care professionals

Compensation
