We`re looking for an Customer Service Accounts Advisor to join us based in Leigh. You will join part of our frontline team which is the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with advice, service and tailored solutions.
Pay, benefits and more:
Were looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. Youll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.
What youll do on a typical day:
Work closely with operation team to ensure customer commitments and expectations are met
Prioritise where needed, juggling queries, chasing deliveries and resolving issues
Keep customers updated with all areas of the business
Continuously work on building relations through the business and with the customer
