Candidate Profile
* Excellent communication skills with a coaching management style: clear, open, and honest.
* Passion for sales with a positive, can-do attitude.
* Experience in change management and a track record of meeting targets.
* Career-focused and self-motivated, with experience managing significant retail operations and a strong profit motive.
* Minimum of 18 months experience in a similar high-pressure, customer-focused role.
