Are you a dynamic and driven Account Manager looking to take the next step in your career? We’re partnering with a well-established, fast-growing UK business that’s making waves in its sector. They’re now looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join their collaborative, people-focused team and help drive customer success and retention.
As a Senior Account Manager
you’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing clients, identifying new opportunities within your portfolio, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service.
The role
* Managing and growing a portfolio of key accounts — building strong, trusted client relationships.
* Following up on new leads, identifying growth opportunities, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
* Working strategically with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with excellence.
* Delivering first-class service and proactive support, ensuring high client satisfaction.
* Attending client meetings, reviews, and events to deepen engagement and uncover new business.
* Supporting sales and customer teams to optimise performance and meet targets.
* Analysing processes and recommending improvements to enhance client experience.
* Representing the business at promotional events and roadshows.
What We’re Looking For
* At least 3 years’ experience in an Account Management or Client Relationship role managing multiple clients.
* Proven track record in driving retention, growth, and client satisfaction.
* Confident communicator who can build rapport and credibility quickly.
* Experience working with software, technology, or service-based solutions is highly desirable.
* Comfortable travelling occasionally for meetings and events (UK-wide).
* Full UK driving licence.
* A proactive, conscientious professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
* Salary: £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience + Bonus
