The Opportunity:
As an Account Manager you'll play a key role in:
Managing and growing supplier accounts by identifying opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and delivering tailored solutions
Driving volume increases and market share growth through onboarding new suppliers and expanding existing accounts
Collaborating closely with internal departments to ensure legal, ISCC/Red Cert, and regulatory compliance throughout the onboarding and account management processes
Leading accurate and timely reporting using Salesforce to support informed decisions and identify collection gaps
Maintaining and updating supplier contracts, pricing structures, and payment terms, ensuring transparency and alignment with market trends
Your work will directly contribute to: the delivery of business growth targets, exceptional customer service, and retention of key supplier relationships.
About You:
We're looking for someone who can bring:
Proven experience in account management, business development or supply chain roles, ideally within a materials or environmental services sector
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and deliver on multiple priorities
Confidence in using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage pipelines, track compliance and monitor performance
A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a commitment to achieving targets and contributing positively to team success
