Expanding Service and maintenance department working for a range of private and commercial clients, the work ranges from large private residences to colleges, universities, pharmaceutical buildings, and many other commercial settings. As a member of the Service and maintenance team on site you will be responsible for conducting the planned and reactive maintenance to the site’s mechanical services. You will cover a number of sites within the central and southern counties in an approximate 80-mile radius of Oxford so will be given a company van to travel to the site. As Commercial/Domestic Gas Engineer you will be responsible for the following: * Conduct Planned Maintenance to Boilers, heating, plumbing & Ventilation systems. * Attend repairs, breakdowns and fault finding Participate in the 24/7 call out Rota on rotation. * Installation of pipework & plumbing, replacing electro/mechanical * Working at * Completion of reports, assist, prepare and submit quotations to You will require a good working attitude and quality workmanship, personality, and willingness to go the extra mile are key attributes.
