As a Senior Spa Therapist, you will:
1. Deliver a range of high-quality spa and wellness treatments, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience.
2. Lead by example and provide mentorship, guidance, and support to junior therapists.
3. Maintain expert knowledge of treatments, products, and wellness trends.
4. Ensure treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies are maintained to the highest standards.
5. Assist the Spa Manager with training, quality control, and operational duties.
6. Build lasting relationships with guests and members, promoting loyalty and repeat visits.
7. Support retail sales and contribute to spa revenue targets.
About You
You are a passionate, professional, and dedicated therapist with a genuine love for wellness and hospitality. You will bring:
8. Recognized qualifications in beauty therapy, massage therapy, or holistic treatments (NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualifications are required ).
9. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa, resort, or hotel environment.
10. Strong communication and guest care skills.
11. A warm, professional, and polished demeanor.
12. Leadership and mentoring experience (advantageous).
13. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
