Role Purpose: Up to 16.50 per hour, depending on experience Sky Garden's beautiful rooftop restaurant - Darwin Brasserie We're looking for sommelier with a positive attitude and great energy - you'll need to be competent serving wine and have some wine knowledge. This is a busy premium dining operation in the heary of London. That said if you are less experienced but keen to learn and develop your skills, we'd still be interested in hearing from you.
