Salary: PO1 - PO2 (£39,863 - £48,227) Contract: Fixed Term maternity cover, full time, 37 hours per week Duration: Initially 12 months starting ASAP Closing date: Monday, 11th May 2026 at 9am Help shape the future of our Trust’s estate We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health, Safety and Estates Business Partner to join our Trust as we continue to strengthen our expertise in estates management and compliance. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a developing and increasingly skilled estates function, supporting the creation of safe, efficient and inspiring environments across our schools. Working closely with your allocated academies, you will support leaders to maintain strong Health & Safety compliance, make effective use of our H&S Management System, and ensure all buildings meet statutory requirements. You will collaborate with the Head of Health and Safety and the Capital Projects Lead to deliver a range of refurbishment and minor capital projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and smooth project delivery. With several of our schools accepted onto the DfE School Rebuilding Programme, this is an exciting time to join us. You will play an important role in shaping our long-term estates strategy and sustainability priorities, contributing to meaningful improvements across our family of schools.
