Admin Assistant – Transport Manager Support
Location: Letchworth
Hours: Mon-Fri / 9am – 5pm
Duration: 1 month
Salary: £12.21ph
Interaction Recruitment is looking for a dependable and organised Admin Assistant to support our Transport Supervisor in day-to-day operations. If you're good with basic computer tasks and can keep things running smoothly, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and report any incoming tickets and promptly report to the supervisor
* Maintain accurate records and assist with compliance documentation
* Support the Transport Supervisor with scheduling and admin tasks
* Use basic computer programs (email, spreadsheets, word processing)
* Communicate with drivers and other team members as needed
What You'll Need:
* Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Word)
* Good attention to detail and time management
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Previous admin or transport experience is a bonus, but not essential
